Tara Devi Temple is perched atop Tara Parvat, about 11 km from Shimla, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. Dedicated to Goddess Tara, a form of Shakti, the temple is believed to be over 250 years old and holds great religious importance. The temple was originally established by the Sen dynasty. It is believed that Goddess Tara watches over the devotees and grants protection. Pilgrims flock here during Navratri, and locals frequently visit for blessings. The peaceful setting and clean air make it a refreshing spiritual retreat near the hill station.
